At Pieni Surfaces, we bring world-class European decorative finishes to local projects — from luxury homes and restaurants to hotels, retail spaces, offices and major commercial developments.

We work with premium brands such as KEIM, Novacolor, Forcrete and Topcret to give architects, designers, contractors and developers more durable, sustainable and design-driven alternatives to traditional paint and tiles.

We are growing quickly and are looking for a driven Sales Executive to help us expand further in Visayas and Mindanao.

About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will take ownership of your accounts, your pipeline and your results.

You will:

  • Build relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers and project owners
  • Prospect new accounts through fieldwork, calls, meetings, events and referrals
  • Present and promote our full range of premium architectural surface materials
  • Follow up project leads and manage them through the sales cycle until closing
  • Prepare quotations, proposals and project follow-ups with support from the team
  • Monitor project pipelines and maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM updates
  • Coordinate with operations, warehouse and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Stay updated on project opportunities, industry trends and competitor activity
  • Represent Pieni Surfaces in client meetings, events, trainings and trade shows

Compensation & Incentives

  • Base salary
  • Commission per confirmed sale

Ideal Background

We are open to candidates from sales, architecture, construction and interior design backgrounds.

You are likely a good fit if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering or related field
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in architectural materials, construction supplies, furniture, lighting, finishing products, or related industries
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in client visits, fieldwork and relationship-building
  • A proactive personality and willingness to hunt for new business
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills
  • Existing network in the architecture, interior design or construction industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of architectural finishes or specifications is a plus, but not required
