Position Summary
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented
Account Executive to own the full sales cycle and drive new business growth. This is a true hunter role responsible for building pipeline from scratch through outbound prospecting, conducting discovery meetings, presenting tailored solutions, and closing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate thrives in an autonomous environment, consistently generates opportunities through proactive outreach, and has the confidence to engage with business owners and senior decision-makers.
What are we looking for
Skills Required
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of generating new business and closing deals
- Experience selling Managed IT Services (MSP), technology solutions, or recurring service contracts preferred
- Strong outbound prospecting and business development experience
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Comfortable engaging with business owners, C-level executives, and IT decision-makers
- Experience using CRM systems for pipeline management and forecasting
- Familiarity with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or Lusha
- Strong understanding of business technology solutions, cybersecurity, cloud services, and IT support offerings is highly preferred
What will you do
- Own outbound pipeline generation through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and networking activities
- Build and manage a targeted list of prospective SMB and mid-market clients
- Conduct discovery meetings to identify client pain points, technology challenges, and business needs
- Run the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and deal closure
- Present customized solutions in collaboration with the technical team
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to develop and scope client proposals
- Negotiate and close service agreements while maintaining deal integrity and profitability
- Manage client handoffs to the service delivery team after contract execution
- Represent the company at networking events, business organizations, and industry functions
