- Handle local and export case operations related to automotive sales
- Assist in case preparation, documentation, and monitoring of sales transactions
- Promote and support sales of automotive products and services
- Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and other internal departments for case-related requirements
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide quality customer service
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of assigned sales and case tasks
- Maintain organized records and monitor case progress until completion
- Perform other duties related to sales, customer service, and case handling as assigned
- With background in Automotive Sales is an advantage
- With experience in Sales and/or Customer Service
- With driving experience (4-wheels) is required
- With valid driver's license
- Background in Sales Administration is an advantage
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Willing to learn and flexible in handling tasks
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work independently and with a team
