Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
At least 1–3 years experience in sales, customer service, or account management
(logistics experience is an advantage)
Strong understanding of logistics operations (warehousing, transport, distribution) is a plus
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email); experience with WMS/TMS is an
advantage
Highly organized and able to manage multiple client accounts
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for warehousing, transport, and logistics services
Manage client inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow through on sales leads
Coordinate with Warehouse, Transport, and Operations teams to ensure accurate service execution
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and handle day-to-day account
concerns
Ensure timely and accurate processing of service requests, bookings, and documentation
Monitor service performance and address client issues or escalations promptly
Assist in contract preparation, rate negotiation, and service agreements
Prepare and submit sales reports, pipeline updates, and client status reports
Support billing coordination by validating charges, rates, and service records
Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and client SLAs
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Revenue generation and sales target achievement
Number of new clients/accounts acquired
Client retention and satisfaction levels
Accuracy of quotations and documentation
Timeliness of coordination and issue resolution
Billing accuracy and support efficiency
Salary Range- 25,000

Work Schedule- Monday to Friday – 8:30am- 6:06 pm.
