Job Description

Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving room sales performance through proactive client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic marketing initiatives. This role focuses on generating new business, maintaining strong partnerships with existing accounts, and maximizing occupancy and revenue through targeted sales efforts, rate negotiations, and market intelligence. The position serves as a key ambassador of the hotel's brand, ensuring consistent visibility across corporate, group, and leisure segments.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Sales Development

  • Actively prospect and secure new clients through sales calls, corporate visits, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, and group organizers to generate repeat and long-term business.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly room revenue targets y identifying high-potential markets and clients.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, client presentations, and property site inspections to promote the hotel's facilities and services.

Account Management

  • Maintain a comprehensive client database and ensure timely follow-ups on inquiries, proposals, and renewals.
  • Prepare and present customized room packages and rate proposals tailored to client needs and market conditions.
  • Coordinate with Reservations and Front Office to ensure smooth booking processes and excellent guest experiences for key accounts.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns to maintain high retention and referral rates.

Market Analysis and Pricing

  • Research competitor pricing, promotions, and occupancy to support dynamic pricing strategies.
  • Recommend and implement seasonal promotions or partnerships to capture market opportunities and drive off-peak demand.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports and forecasts to management.

Marketing Support

  • Assist in developing promotional materials, campaigns, and social media content focused on room sales and guest acquisition.
  • Support events, sponsorships, and collaborations that enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Ensure all sales activities and materials align with the hotel's brand image and service standards.
