Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell IT products such as servers, networking equipment, UPS, laptops, and related solutions
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, SME, and enterprise accounts
  • Conduct client visits, product presentations, and solution discussions
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate IT solutions
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and product configurations in coordination with Product Managers and Pre-Sales team
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
  • Manage and grow existing accounts to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for pricing, availability, and technical support
  • Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures
  • Monitor market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads, inquiries, and sales opportunities
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline records and submit regular reports to management
  • Provide after-sales support coordination to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Participate in product trainings, certifications, and vendor briefings

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
