Job Description

We are hiring for sales-focused roles in Pune for candidates with good communication skills and interest or experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, and Client Coordination. This opportunity is suitable for candidates who are confident in speaking with customers, following up on leads, explaining services, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

-Call prospective customers and explain products/services.

-Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication.

-Generate interest, qualify prospects, and schedule next steps.

-Support inside sales and business development activities.

-Update call status, lead details, and follow-up notes.

-Work closely with the sales/recruitment/business team on closures.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

-Experience in Inside Sales, BDE, Lead Generation, Customer Support, or similar roles.

-Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.

-Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups.

-Basic computer knowledge and professional communication.
