Job Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting, marketing, and selling furniture products to potential and existing customers. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by providing product knowledge and professional service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to generate consistent sales.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Present, demonstrate, and explain furniture products to customers, emphasizing quality, design, and functionality.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
  • Conduct site visits, space measurements, and provide product recommendations based on client needs.
  • Coordinate with the design and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of furniture products, market trends, pricing, and competitors.
  • Attend sales meetings, exhibitions, and company promotional events.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales support professionally.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in furniture, interior design, or retail industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
  • With a professional, confident, and customer-oriented attitude.
