Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Planning, implementing, and overseeing promotional campaigns across digital, social media, and print channels.
  • Market Research: Identifying market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategies.
  • Content & Promotion:
  • Creating content for marketing materials, websites, and social media platforms.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Evaluating campaign performance metrics to assess ROI and adjust strategies.
  • Brand Management: Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all internal and external communication.
  • Collaboration: Working with stakeholders, external agencies, and internal sales teams.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Marketing Officer, Marketing Executive, or similar role in a food business is a must.
  • Must have experience handling key accounts and modern trade in big malls, supermarkets and grocery stores.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating engaging content.
  • Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with social media platforms, SEO/SEM, and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.
  • Organization: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and stay within budget.
  • Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is generally required.
