Role Overview
As a Sales Executive – Financial Services, you will act as a trusted advisor to bank clients—offering tailored financial solutions and driving business growth within your assigned branch.
You will be assigned to a bank branch and report to the Area Sales Head.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer Traditional and Variable insurance products to bank clients
- Drive sales performance and acquire new business opportunities
- Maintain and retain quality business within assigned branch and area
- Build and strengthen relationships with bank partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree graduate (Business-related course preferred)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- At least 1 year of sales or account management experience in financial services is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, motivated, and able to work independently and in a team
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- Willing to work onsite
