Role Overview

As a Sales Executive – Financial Services, you will act as a trusted advisor to bank clients—offering tailored financial solutions and driving business growth within your assigned branch.

You will be assigned to a bank branch and report to the Area Sales Head.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer Traditional and Variable insurance products to bank clients
  • Drive sales performance and acquire new business opportunities
  • Maintain and retain quality business within assigned branch and area
  • Build and strengthen relationships with bank partners

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree graduate (Business-related course preferred)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • At least 1 year of sales or account management experience in financial services is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven, motivated, and able to work independently and in a team
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Willing to work onsite
