Job Description

Minimum Requirements

Candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's/College Degree in Sales, Engineering or other business-related courses
Preferably with experience in selling or marketing of building products and construction-related materials
Exceptional sales and customer service skills
Skilled at negotiation and problem solving
Ideally holds a valid drivers license and is capable of operating both motorcycles and four-wheeled vehicles

BRIEF JOB RESPONSIBILITES

Formulate effective sales strategies and establish clear performance targets
Perform on-site sales activities and client visits to drive revenue growth with both existing and potential customers.
Produce qualified sales prospects and maintain client engagement through phone calls or face-to-face meetings following the initial outreach.
Manage and address client queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare and compile proposals and quotations for clients
