About the Role
LISA Tech Philippines is the smart classroom brand of ERL Technology Solutions Inc. We partner with K–12 schools and universities to modernize education through interactive displays, smart classroom systems, and institution-wide EdTech solutions.
We're looking for a Sales Executive who thrives in the field, builds real relationships with school decision-makers, and closes deals that matter. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role—with uncapped commission and a clear path to Sales Manager for those ready to lead.
What You'll Do
Hunt and grow accounts
- Prospect new schools through field visits, referrals, cold outreach, and networking
- Map private institutions, congregation-based networks, and higher education clusters in your territory
- Manage existing accounts to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships
Close deals
- Deliver tailored demos, proposals, and quotations to administrators and procurement teams
- Navigate institutional approvals and procurement processes
- Hit (and beat) your monthly quota
Build relationships
- Be the trusted point of contact for your clients—responsive, reliable, professional
- Surface feedback to improve how we serve schools
Stay sharp on the market
- Track competitor pricing, emerging EdTech trends, and vendor landscape
- Share intel that shapes our positioning and product decisions
Keep the pipeline tight
- Weekly itineraries, daily reports, monthly forecasts—submitted on time
- CRM (HubSpot) updated after every interaction
What We're Looking For
Must-haves
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years in field sales—ideally EdTech, education supplies, tech, or B2B
- Track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong English communication (written and spoken)
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, MS Office, and video calls
- Ready for regular fieldwork across your assigned territory
