Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify, prospect, and build relationships with contractors, developers, engineers, and key decision-makers.
- Promote and sell formworks and scaffolding systems, including conducting product presentations and technical discussions.
- Monitor construction projects and actively generate new opportunities to expand market presence.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure profitable deals.
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing after-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).
- At least 2 years of sales or field experience in the construction industry.
- Preferably with experience in formworks, scaffolding, or related construction products (e.g., pipes & fittings, valves, structural materials).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to negotiate and close sales deals.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Must be based in Davao or willing to be assigned in the area.
