Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Valenzuela City. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting the company's products. The role also includes creating and delivering presentations, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and staying informed about market trends and competitor activities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and ensure high levels of client satisfaction is also a vital part of this position.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Negotiation: Knowledge of sales strategies, negotiation, and closing sales effectively.
  • Communication and Presentation: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to deliver engaging presentations, and handle client interactions professionally.
  • Market Knowledge: Understanding of market analysis, competition, and capacity to identify business opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Experience in managing and maintaining effective client relationships to build trust and foster long-term collaborations.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with PVC and construction materials, as well as general understanding of the products and services offered by CROWN.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions while maintaining focus on achieving sales goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or manufacturing sector is an advantage.
