Role Description The Sales Executive (Cebu) is a full-time, on-site role based in Parañaque, responsible for driving sales of GREE air-conditioning systems and home appliances in the Cebu market. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and prospecting new clients, managing existing customer accounts, and conducting product presentations and demonstrations. The role involves preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and closing sales in coordination with internal teams. The Sales Executive will also monitor market trends, provide customer feedback to support business development, and ensure timely after-sales support and follow-up.
Qualifications
- Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, account management, and negotiation abilities.
- Customer service and communication skills, with the capacity to present technical product features in a clear and engaging manner.
- Basic knowledge or strong interest in HVAC, air-conditioning systems, and home appliances, with willingness to learn product specifications.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients, sales activities, and reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for preparing proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in field sales, retail, or technical product sales is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Parañaque and travel as needed to meet clients in Cebu and surrounding areas.
