Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and market growth in

the Visayas region.

  • Identify and engage potential corporate, industrial, and institutional clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat

business.

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the

area.

  • Present and demonstrate company products and solutions to clients.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Finance, SCM, and Technical)

to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support.

  • Provide timely sales forecasts, performance reports, and updates to

management.

  • Represent the company in trade shows, product exhibits, and business

networking events in Cebu and nearby provinces.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 23 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial,

equipment, or technical solutions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in English, Tagalog, and Cebuano (fluency in regional Visayan

dialects is an advantage).

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Willing to travel across Cebu and Visayas areas as required.

  • Salary Range: Php 19,000 to 25,000
