Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Sales Executive to act as the face of our showroom. You will be responsible for welcoming prospective clients, managing daily inquiries, and ensuring that our retail space and vehicle fleet are presented to the highest standards. Your goal is to turn inquiries into closed sales while maintaining a premium, welcoming environment for every visitor.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Actively track down and manage daily showroom inquiries and activities, including phone calls, walk-in clients, and scheduled visits
  • Accurately prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on both lost and closed sales to help management optimize sales strategies
  • Diligently fill out and maintain client monitoring sheets and CRM data to ensure proper follow-ups and pipeline management
  • Maintain the absolute cleanliness, orderliness, and premium presentation of the showroom floors at all times
  • Ensure all cars displayed in the showroom are meticulously cleaned, polished, and presented in pristine condition
  • Monitor and ensure that all showroom amenities—including air conditioning units, lighting, and entry doors—are fully functioning and in good condition
  • Ensure that the showroom television and media systems are appropriately channeled only to business, sports, and automotive programs/shows to match the brand environment
  • Perform other administrative or sales-related duties as may be assigned by the Superior from time to time

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a hospitality-driven environment (direct experience in automotive sales or premium showrooms is a major plus).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident, welcoming, and persuasive demeanor
  • Excellent administrative and tracking skills, with the ability to maintain precise records, reports, and client monitoring sheets
  • A high standard for cleanliness and presentation, ensuring both the facility and the display vehicles look immaculate.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in greeting walk-ins, handling objections, and keeping the showroom operations running smoothly.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word) or CRM software for sales reporting and tracking
