The
Sales Executive is responsible for driving vehicle sales, generating and converting prospects, developing customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role manages the complete sales process—from prospecting and product presentation to negotiation, closing, vehicle delivery, and post-sales follow-up—while ensuring accurate documentation and customer database maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Generate and develop sales prospects through various prospecting techniques and customer service approaches.
- Study potential markets and formulate effective prospecting strategies to achieve monthly prospect targets.
- Manage the complete sales process, including:
- Rapport building and customer consultation
- Vehicle product presentation, demonstration, and test drives
- Objection handling and negotiation
- Sales closing
- Pre-delivery inspection coordination
- Vehicle delivery and handover
- Post-sales follow-up
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets for brand-new vehicles, ancillary sales such as financing and insurance, and other related products and services.
- Identify, secure, and document relevant information from prospective customers and maintain accurate prospect records.
- Analyze and classify prospects based on their potential and readiness for conversion.
- Develop and implement effective Prospect Conversion Plans.
- Maintain and continuously update the customer database to support sales generation and customer relationship management.
- Ensure all sales documentation and supporting requirements are complete and properly coordinated with concerned departments.
- Prepare and submit required sales performance reports to the Sales Supervisor.
- Address customer concerns professionally and escalate sales-related issues that require supervisory assistance.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, sales procedures, documentation requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
- Participate in company activities, training programs, and other sales-related initiatives.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Sales Supervisor or management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or any 4-year course, preferably in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant sales experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Must possess a valid driver's license for four-wheel vehicles.
- Strong communication, customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented, proactive, confident, and results-driven.
- Good organizational, documentation, and computer skills.
- Willing to learn automotive products and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
