Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to promote pharmaceutical products to marketing companies.
  • Identify and target potential marketing companies in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in marketing companies.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our pharmaceutical products.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market insights to the Sales Manager.
  • Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand the company's presence and generate leads.

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of Business-related course
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in the sales Industry (preferably large-scale B2B sales work experience)
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is a plus but not required
  • Efficient organizational skills
  • Well-spoken in English and local language
  • Good in written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle work under pressure
  • Computer literate
  • With a pleasing personality
