Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist / Business Development Manager. The role is based in Metro Manila. The individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. They will also conduct market research, develop business strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful execution of business strategies.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and strong negotiation abilities.
  • Analytical and market research skills to assess trends and identify business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with clients and conveying business proposals effectively.
  • Proficiency in tools and processes used for CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and planning.
  • Proactive problem-solving and strategic planning abilities to ensure success in business development initiatives.
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical industry trends and healthcare market dynamics is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet objectives and deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship or a related field is preferred.
