Job Summary:
A Sales Engineer combines technical knowledge with sales skills to provide advice and support on products and services. They work closely with customers to understand their needs, present solutions and ensure successful implementation of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through client engagement.
- Present and explain technical products or services to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations.
- Collaborate with the technical team to customer solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product developments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., Mechanical or Electrical)
- Proven experience in sales or technical support is an advantage.
- With exposure to construction projects, materials, or industry practices is an advantage.
