As a
Sales Engineer your main role is to help sell to new prospects and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will also provide after-sales support, handle technical inquiries, and assist with preventive maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist sales execs by preparing tailored solutions for potential clients
- Collaborate on planning and executing strategic deals
- Align solutions with customer requirements and pain points
- Create compelling presentations and demos to showcase value
- Gather and analyze competitor intelligence
- Deliver after-sales support: installation, maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting
- Promote additional after-sales services
Qualifications
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering course.
- Must be proficient in Oral and Written communication.
- Must possess customer service and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications.
- Applicants must be willing to do fieldwork in construction projects either in Metro Manila or provincial sites.
