Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain existing sales accounts and assist in achieving sales targets and forecasts
- Develop new accounts and expand target markets through product presentations, and seminars.
- Build strong customer relationships by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely solutions
- Stay updated on ongoing and upcoming construction projects to create effective sales strategies and forecasts
- Secure accounts with proper credit recommendations and prepare quotations within approved pricing limits
- Monitor the entire sales process from order placement to product delivery
- Handle collection of receivables and counter receipts of invoices and delivery documents
- Ensure proper inventory management and storage of products among distributors and customers
- Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Architecture, or any related four-year course
- With at least 3–5 years of experience in the construction or distribution industry
- Experience working in a multinational company is an advantage
- Preferably with technical selling experience
- Must have a valid professional driver's license
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
