Job Summary:
The role will focus on securing and expanding strategic business relationships within the electronics sector. Success in this role requires a robust technical foundation in electronic components combined with an outgoing, proactive personality capable of building immediate rapport with engineering and procurement leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Manage and grow existing accounts within the Philippine electronics market through proactive product promotion.
- New Business Development: Identify and convert new customer opportunities, focusing on high-potential sales for core product lines.
- Strategic Sales: Design and implement initiative-driven sales strategies to penetrate OEM, EMS, and R&D sectors.
- Client Advocacy: Act as a technical consultant to customers, ensuring products meet their specific manufacturing and assembly requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Graduate of an Engineering program (preferably ECE or EE)
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience specifically within the Electronic Components Industry
- Market Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the OEM Electronics Manufacturing and Assembly landscape
- Professional Network: Existing connections within the industry are highly preferred, specifically targeting Procurement & Buying Division, Purchasing & R&D Engineers
- Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to convey technically complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Operational Readiness:
- Strong analytical skills and a systematic, positive attitude.
- Must be able to drive a car.
- Willingness to travel both locally and internationally as required.
