Role Description The Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Calabarzon, Philippines. This role involves promoting and selling industrial products and solutions, providing technical presentations and demonstrations, and preparing proposals and quotations aligned with customer requirements. The Sales Engineer will collaborate with clients to understand their operational challenges, recommend suitable technical solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery. Daily responsibilities include conducting site visits, handling inquiries, offering basic technical support, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting after-sales service to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate industrial solutions.
• Candidates should possess skills in Sales and Customer Service to manage the sales cycle, build relationships, and ensure positive client experiences.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present technical information clearly, prepare documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant experience in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering-related environments is beneficial, along with familiarity with local market dynamics in Calabarzon.
• A diploma or degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field is preferred, and a valid willingness to work on-site and travel within the region is required.
