JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking
- Provide technical expertise and consultative selling tailored to customer needs
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, demos, and customized proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction
- Manage and grow existing accounts through consistent, high-quality support
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, or any related technical field
- At least 1 year of experience in a Sales Engineer or Technical Sales role
- Experience with Access Control, Biometrics, RFID, or AI-based products is a strong advantage
- Solid knowledge of sales principles, market trends, and client-centric strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
