Job Description
- Build, develop, and grow strong, long-term customer accounts
- Create and execute strategic account plans to drive sustainable revenue growth
- Act as the primary point of contact, proactively addressing customer concerns and ensuring high satisfaction
- Deliver exceptional service by understanding and responding to the evolving needs of existing clients
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within assigned accounts and target markets
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance against agreed objectives and targets
- Manage and nurture relationships with key and major customers
- Stay up to date with product offerings, pricing structures, and market developments
The Successful Applicant
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of proven sales experience in the appliances or electronics industry
- Demonstrated success in account development and account management, including managing and growing existing customer portfolios
- Strong ability to handle customer concerns and service-related issues while maintaining long-term, trusted client relationships
- Track record of consistently achieving sales targets and identifying opportunities to expand business within assigned accounts
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience managing key and major customer accounts
- Proficient in English and MS Office applications, particularly Excel for sales reporting, tracking, and price list management
