Your Impact as a Sales Engineer
- Technical Consulting & Engineering Solutions
- Deep-dive into client applications to provide expert recommendations on heat exchanger sizing, specifications, and custom modifications.
- Collaborate directly with client engineers, contractors, and consultants to understand their technical roadblocks and present optimized Hisaka solutions.
- Work hand-in-hand with internal technical teams to ensure proposals are highly accurate, reliable, and flawlessly executed.
- Commercial Growth & Business Development
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong long-term relationships with key accounts, consultants, and developers across the Philippines.
- Actively scout for new market opportunities, prepare competitive quotations, handle technical clarifications, and successfully negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Monitor sales pipelines using modern tools, submit accurate forecasts, manage account receivables, and ensure timely payment collections.
- Represent the brand at major industrial exhibitions, networking events, and trade shows.
What We Are Looking For
Education & Experience:
- Academic Background: Holder of a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related engineering field.
- Professional Track Record: Minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven experience in technical salesdirect exposure to industrial equipment, HVAC, fluids, or thermal/cooling systems is a massive advantage.
Skills & Attributes
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex engineering concepts simply.
- Highly proficient in Salesforce, modern technical sales software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented self-starter who thrives under pressure and loves meeting client needs.
- Willingness to travel frequently for on-site client visits, project meetings, and regional business development.
- Must hold a valid drivers license. Access to your own transportation is an advantage for seamless site visits.
