Sales Engineer (High & Medium Voltage)

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute the sales plan for high voltage (HV) and mid voltage (MV) switchgear/transformers to expand the company's market segment and ensure a strong presence.
• Cultivate new customers and develop new business with existing customers.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers and prospective clients.
• Define and launch appropriate HV/MV products with the correct pricing structure and strategy.
• Establish and maintain a customer database to manage sales activities, opportunities, and pipelines.
• Attend conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to build industry connections.
• Prepare monthly sales reports, annual sales targets, and yearly market plans.
• Meet established sales quotas and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with Global HQ to ensure continuous product improvement based on customer requirements and insights.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical Engineering with a proven sales record in switchgear products or similar market-facing roles.
• Strong technical understanding of HV/MV switchgear and solutions from similar competitors.
• Ability to deliver presentations and integrate technical knowledge with selling skills.
• Demonstrated adaptability, professionalism, and results-oriented approach.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present ideas creatively and innovatively.
