Requirements
✓ Board Passer. Preferably a graduate of Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
✓ With good technical understanding of engineering technical drawings and metal fabrication.
✓ Experience in Sales/Marketing in the steel industry a big advantage.
✓ Fresh Graduate with excellent credentials is encouraged to apply.
✓ Able to speak Bisaya
✓ No issue with domestic and regional travelling.
✓ Good communications skills
✓ Handles pressure situations with a professional demeanor
Job Description
✓ Communicate with the sales team to understand consumer demands and offer sales support where necessary.
✓ Support customer inquiries by fielding calls while being a source of information and problem solving to client satisfaction.
✓ Develop design alternatives when necessary and clearly communicate the reasons for the design alternatives.
✓ Prioritize and multitask during high volume periods and maintain customer parameters.
✓ Continuously communicate with the team to resolve customer needs and proactively manage workload.
✓ Propose final buy and competitive pricing to customers.
✓ Secure orders, guarantee product standard and assure product timely delivery.
✓ Establish customer rapport and acceptance
✓ Help clients to solve problems with product usage.
✓ Generate initial cost estimates for client inquiry in a timely manner.
Information
Work location is Manila and Davao but most of the time he/she will be based in Davao.
Salary Range: Since he/she is a trainee- we can give at least 16k- Davao Rate and to be adjusted after 3 months depending on his/her performance and rate to be adjusted again once he/she is regularized.
Work Schedule- Monday to Saturday depending on the sales team schedule
