Job Summary
The Sales Engineer is responsible for the sales, promotion and marketing of industrial automation products and services to existing potential customers in the market.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the sales and marketing of Advanced Automation related products and systems for Chemical, Food & Beverage, and other industries, including distributors.
Visit active and prospective clients to evaluate needs and recommend the appropriate products or services
Find new clients to sell our products.
Maintain good relationships with existing clients.
Prepare quotation, tender, sales report, presentation, and proposal material.
Able to meet booking targets and work independently.
Ensure timely fulfilment of orders
Proactively respond to customer needs.
Provide consultation to clients on technical issues
Prepare weekly and monthly sales report
Requirements
Graduate of any of the following engineering courses: Chemical, Instrumentation and Control or an equivalent course.
1 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing is an advantage.
Independent, driven, and results oriented.
Strong analytical skills; self-motivated with good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of teamwork.
Good oral and written communication skills
Able to work effectively with individuals at all levels.
