Work Setup
- Report to the office every Monday, and visit the assigned sales areas from Tuesday to
Friday.
- Must be comfortable working in the field, including visiting manufacturing plants and
meeting customers.
- Must be able to drive to customer sites. Applicants without experience driving a
4-wheel vehicle are not encouraged to apply.
- Must be willing to accommodate calls from colleagues or customers even outside
regular working days when necessary.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in direct selling of industrial
equipment or technical products to end-users in the manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Willing to engage in continuous learning and comfortable performing technical
calculations for equipment sizing.
- Competitive, proactive, and service-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and the
ability to communicate with people at all levels of a customer's organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting
solutions to customers.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining committed to
meeting sales goals.
- Owning a personal vehicle is an advantage.
SALARY RANGE: Php 30,000 excluding commission
