Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven HVAC Sales Engineer to manage and grow our network of business partners, including dealers, contractors, and system integrators. This role focuses on strengthening partner relationships, driving channel sales, and providing technical and commercial support to ensure mutual growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partner Management
- Manage and develop a portfolio of assigned business partners (dealers, distributors, contractors).
- Build strong, long-term relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Act as the main point of contact for partner inquiries, support, and issue resolution.
- Conduct regular partner visits to maintain engagement and identify opportunities for growth.
Sales & Channel Development
- Drive sales growth through existing partners and expand the partner network.
- Identify new potential dealers/distributors and onboard them effectively.
- Support partners in achieving their sales targets and business objectives.
- Collaborate with partners on project opportunities, tenders, and key accounts.
Technical & Commercial Support
- Provide product recommendations and technical guidance based on project requirements.
- Assist partners with system selection, design concepts, and solution proposals.
- Prepare and review quotations, pricing strategies, and commercial terms.
- Conduct product presentations, technical briefings, and training sessions for partners.
Project Coordination & Support
- Work closely with partners on project execution, from inquiry to completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, logistics) for timely delivery and support.
- Ensure smooth communication between partners and internal departments.
- Monitor project progress and address any technical or supply-related issues.
Market & Competitive Analysis
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
- Provide regular feedback to management on partner performance and market opportunities.
- Identify areas for improving product offerings and partner support programs.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Sales and Marketing or related field.
· Fresh graduates with relevant engineering background and strong interest in sales are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
· Candidates with 1–5 years of HVAC sales or channel experience will have an advantage.
Technical Knowledge
- Understanding of HVAC systems (VRF/VRV, split units, ventilation systems).
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and system layouts.
- Familiarity with project costing, estimation, and tender processes.
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel for partner meetings and site visits
- Possess a valid driving license (if required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
