We are actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to become a key part of our growing team. If you have a proven track record in technical sales especially with vacuum pumps, air tools, fan, blowers or similar industrial products, we want to hear from you!!

What You'll Do:

As our Sales Engineer, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by providing expert technical solutions and building strong client relationships. You will be responsible for:

·        Meeting and exceeding personal sales targets while contributing to overall company growth.

·        Leveraging your technical knowledge to understand and promote our products effectively.

·        Staying up to date with industry and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

·        Designing and executing strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.

·        Collaborating closely with the sales and technical teams to provide end-to-end customer support.

·       Preparing impactful sales presentations, proposals, and detailed product documentation.

·  Conducting product demos and explaining complex technical features in a clear, client-focused manner.

·        Recommending product modifications to meet specific customer requirements.

·        Monitoring competitor activity and providing market intelligence

·        Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and handling concerns promptly.

·        Taking on additional related tasks as necessary to support the team.

What we're looking for:

We are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on experience in technical sales. The ideal candidate will have:

·        A degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.

·        At least 2 years of solid experience in sales of vacuum pumps, air tools, fan, blowers or related equipment (REQUIRED).

·        Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

·        A proactive, goal-oriented mind-set with a passion for sales.

·        Willingness to travel and do field work as needed.

·        A valid driver's license and the ability to drive a 4-wheel vehicle.

·        Willingness to be assigned in the Manila area.
