Sales Engineer

Job Description:

Responsible for the sales and application support of analytical instruments, including ICP-OES, automatic titrators, Karl Fischer moisture meters, and other laboratory solutions. The role involves assessing customer requirements, recommending suitable technologies, conducting product demonstrations, and providing comprehensive pre- and post-sales application support.

Additionally, the Sales Engineer will support chemical management by advising on reagent selection, proper usage and handling, inventory control, and the sale of chemicals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of industry experience
• Hands-on experience with analytical instruments (e.g., ICP-OES, titrators, Karl Fischer, or equivalent)
• Experience in sales or application support is an advantage
