Role Description In this position, the specialist engages prospective and existing behavioral health providers to introduce and promote Zoobook's EHR solutions, conduct appointments, and support the sales cycle from initial outreach through follow-up. Daily activities include managing inbound and outbound communications, qualifying leads, addressing customer inquiries, and coordinating meetings for the sales team. The specialist assists with training clients on key system features, gathers feedback to improve engagement strategies, and maintains accurate records in the CRM. Collaboration with sales, customer service, and training teams is essential to ensure a consistent and positive experience for all prospective and current clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage providers professionally and build trust.
- Demonstrated Sales and Sales Management abilities to qualify leads, support sales activities, and meet engagement targets.
- Experience in Training and client onboarding to explain product features and support user adoption.
- Familiarity with healthcare or behavioral health environments is preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in a client-facing role and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with CRM or sales engagement tools and basic office software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, healthcare, or related fields is an advantage.
