Primary Responsibilities

1. Own intake coordination and request steerage for PBM and pharmacy sales enablement support

Manage the intake process for sales enablement requests across PBM and pharmacy growth teams, ensuring requests are captured clearly, routed appropriately, prioritized against business needs, and coordinated with the content creation team for timely execution.

2. Maintain source-of-truth documentation on business priorities to guide intake decisions

Own and maintain documentation of PBM and pharmacy business leadership priorities, strategic growth areas, must-win opportunities, campaign priorities, and enablement focus areas to inform request steerage, prioritization, and resource allocation.

3. Manage the ticketing queue and coordinate delivery with content creators

Oversee the ticketing queue for incoming sales enablement requests, monitor status and turnaround expectations, identify risks or bottlenecks, and coordinate closely with content creators to support timely, high-quality delivery of approved materials.

4. Own and maintain digital slide and content libraries that enable sales self-service

Manage PBM and pharmacy sales enablement content libraries, including slide libraries, template libraries, self-service assets, and reusable content modules, ensuring materials are easy to find, current, organized, and aligned to approved messaging and brand standards.

5. Lead document lifecycle strategy and content maintenance processes

Manage the process for content review, refresh, retirement, replacement, and version control to ensure digital sales enablement materials remain accurate, timely, compliant, and useful. Establish and maintain operating rhythms that keep high-value content current and reduce use of outdated or duplicative materials.

6. Manage content taxonomy, customization rules, and usage guidance

Own taxonomy and classification of documents and clients, including source-of-truth guidance on customization requirements and mandatory, strategic, or optional content designations. Ensure users understand what content to use, when to use it, and where customization is required or restricted.

7. Build, maintain, and educate users on self-service and template libraries

Develop and maintain self-service tools, templates, guidance documents, and user education materials that help sales and growth teams efficiently access and apply approved content. Support adoption through training materials, communications, and ongoing reinforcement of library standards and processes.

8. Support content creation for priority sales enablement needs as capacity allows

Create or adapt sales enablement materials when needed, including custom slides, presentation updates, one-pagers, follow-up materials, training content, and account-specific collateral, while ensuring primary focus remains on intake, content operations, library management, and delivery coordination.

9. Improve speed, quality, and reusability across PBM and pharmacy enablement content operations

Identify opportunities to streamline request handling, reduce duplicative work, improve content reuse, increase self-service adoption, and strengthen quality control across PBM and pharmacy sales enablement materials.
