Job Summary
The Sales Director is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies aligned with company objectives. The role oversees the overall sales organization, drives revenue growth, leads Sales Managers, monitors performance, and identifies opportunities to expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Managers.
- Set performance goals and monitor team productivity and sales results.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, brokers, investors, and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with Marketing and other business units to support sales initiatives and campaigns.
- Review sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports.
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in real estate sales, with leadership experience.
- Proven track record in sales leadership and revenue generation.
- Strong experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
- Must be a Licensed Real Estate Broker, a graduate of Real Estate Management (REM), or willing to enroll in the REM program.
