Job Description

The general function of Enterprise Sales Group is to generate revenue by selling the company's cybersecurity products and services to customers. They are responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities with potential enterprise clients, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or College Degree holder
  • at least 10 to 12 years in cybersecurity sales
  • With at least 7 years in leadership role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and scaling enterprise-level accounts
  • Experienced in managing sales team and collaborating with cybersecurity engineers and other departments
  • Familiarity with security domains such as network security, cloud security, identity management, risk and compliance and incident response.
  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value propositions for C-suite clients.
  • Strong strategic planning and ability to align sales goals with organizational cybersecurity strategy
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building skills to influence, negotiation, consultative selling and executive presentations.
  • Preferrably with certifications related to cybersecurity but not required

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements sales strategies and plans.
  • Conducts sales presentations and demos to prospective clients
  • Identifies new business opportunities and building sales pipeline
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers, C-Level executives and key strategic partners/distributors
  • Monitor accounts by maximizing the use of CRM (Zoho) and other sales tools
  • Meets with clients, assisting sales team with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals
  • Provides sales reports and analysis to senior management
  • Stays up to date on the latest cybersecurity products and services
  • Collaborates with the cybersecurity technical team to develop and deliver high-quality solutions to clients
  • Provides training and support to the sales team on cybersecurity products and services
  • Direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly
  • Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, areas of proposed client base expansions and other relevant data on the progress and status of strategies and key metrics
  • Cultivates and maintains a few major and key strategic accounts aside from helping team members cultivate their own accounts
  • Lead and manage the Enterprise Sales Group

Location: Must be willing to work onsite at Zuellig Building Makati City

Work hours: Monday to Frriday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM
