What You'll Do

- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Project Development, and Executive Leadership teams
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive movements to strengthen market positioning
- Drive sales forecasting, pipeline management, and operational excellence

- Ensure achievement of company sales goals and profitability targets
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- At least 10 years of solid real estate sales leadership experience
- Strong background in residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments
- Proven success in leading large sales organizations and broker networks
