What You'll Do

  • Lead and execute winning sales strategies to drive revenue and project absorption
  • Manage and inspire Sales Heads, Sales Managers, brokers, and sales teams toward high performance
  • Expand broker networks and strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Project Development, and Executive Leadership teams
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive movements to strengthen market positioning
  • Drive sales forecasting, pipeline management, and operational excellence
  • Champion customer experience and long-term client relationships
  • Ensure achievement of company sales goals and profitability targets

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
  • At least 10 years of solid real estate sales leadership experience
  • Strong background in residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments
  • Proven success in leading large sales organizations and broker networks
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong business and commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities
