Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Director at Highlands Prime Inc., located in Pasay. The Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving business development. Additionally, the role involves maintaining excellent customer service standards and building strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Proven abilities in Customer Service and Business Development
• Experience in Team Management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to create and implement effective sales strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Real Estate Broker is an advantage
• With at least 1 year work experience as a Sales Developer in a Real Estate Company
