We are looking for an experienced Sales Director with an established sales team to join our in-house core sales cirlce. The role will focus on driving the sales success of Crown Asia's upscale residential developments in Bacoor and Silang, leading strategic sales initiatives, expanding the sales network, and consistently achieving revenue targets through effective project selling and team leadership.
Qualifications:
- A graduate of any four-year course
- At least 3 years of real estate sales experience
- Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience
- Must have a ready team of 3 Sales Manager w/4 Property Consultants each upon joining
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Licensed Real Estate Broker is an advantage, but not required
- Experience in Project Selling is highly preferred
Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the Sales team to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing sales organization
- Implement effective sales and business development strategies for Crown Asia projects
- Expand broker and seller networks while building strong client relationships
- Monitor sales performance and ensure team productivity and compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team on lead generation, project promotions, and sales campaigns
