Sales Director, Fintech - Cross-Border Growth Leader

Lightnet Group is seeking a Sales Director or Sr. Sales Manager to lead cross-border payments growth in Makati City, Philippines.

You will build a strong client network across industries, closing deals with banks, PSPs, MTOs, and e-wallets to drive fee-based and FX revenue. The role requires 7–12 years of solid B2B fintech sales experience in the Philippines, a proven track record of hitting targets, and entrepreneurial, consultative selling skills in fast-changing markets.
