Job Description

Drive new business development and revenue growth across banking and financial services clients
Build, manage, and expand relationships with key stakeholders across banks, fintechs, and financial institutions
Develop and execute strategic sales plans, aligned with regional and global priorities
Identify market opportunities and position solutions
Lead end-to-end sales cycles from origination to deal closure
Collaborate cross-functionally (product, operations, regional teams) to deliver tailored solutions
Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine commercial strategy

The Successful Applicant

Proven track record in enterprise sales within BFSI, fintech, or analytics solutions
Strong network and relationships across banks, financial institutions, and fintech players
Demonstrated success in closing complex, high-value deals
Experience leading or mentoring high-performing sales teams
Strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate matrixed organizations
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
