About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking an accomplished Sales Director Digital & Media Sales to lead commercial growth for their Philippines business. This role will be based in Manila and will own revenue expansion across digital and traditional media solutions while building strong client and agency partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a high-impact media sales strategy for the Philippines market
  • Own and exceed revenue targets across key verticals and product lines
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team with clear KPIs and growth plans
  • Strengthen relationships with leading brands, media agencies, and ecosystem partners
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through market intelligence and audience insights
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting, robust pipeline management, and strong governance
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver winning client solutions
  • Represent the organization at industry forums, client meetings, and leadership engagements

Requirements

  • 1015 years of experience in media, advertising, or ad-tech sales with proven revenue success across sectors
  • Strong understanding of the Philippines advertising landscape and established senior-level relationships
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing commercial teams
  • Strong negotiation, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
