Role Description

This is a contract-based Sales Director role at Crown Asia Properties, Inc., based in Las Pias.

The Sales Director is fully accountable for revenue production, quota attainment, and market expansion. This role is focused on driving aggressive sales targets, accelerating pipeline movement, increasing closing ratios, and leading from the front in major negotiations.

You will recruit, push, and manage a high-performing sales team, enforce strict KPIs, and ensure consistent monthly and quarterly results. This position demands strong deal-closing ability, high activity levels, and a results-first mindset.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Minimum of 5 years solid experience in real estate sales
  • At least 35 years in a senior sales leadership role
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, lead, and scale high-performing sales teams
  • Strong deal-closing ability with experience handling high-value property transactions
  • Expertise in pipeline management, sales forecasting, and conversion optimization
  • Highly competitive, performance-driven, and results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and strategic selling skills
