Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Director based in Taguig. The Sales Director will oversee sales operations, lead a team to achieve and exceed sales targets, and develop strategies to drive business growth. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, creating sales forecasts, mentoring team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to align business development goals with organizational objectives is a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications
  • Must be a licensed broker
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Operations with a track record of achieving and surpassing targets
  • Strong competency in Customer Service and managing positive client relationships
  • Experience in Team Management, including mentoring and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Familiarity with Business Development, including identifying opportunities and driving market expansion
  • Outstanding leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of real estate or property development is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
