Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Taguig for a Sales Director at ARTHALAND. The Sales Director will lead and manage the sales team to achieve corporate revenue goals. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, overseeing sales operations, driving business development opportunities, and maintaining relationships with key clients. Additionally, the Sales Director will ensure exceptional customer service while fostering a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development to drive revenue growth and identify new market opportunities.
  • Strong abilities in Sales Operations and Team Management to optimize performance and achieve targets.
  • Experience in Customer Service with a focus on building and maintaining excellent client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market trends and implement effective sales initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with the real estate sector or experience in green and sustainable development is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
