A growing IT services company is looking for a skilled Sales & Digital Marketing Executive who can drive revenue through both strategic campaign management and direct client engagement.
This role is ideal for someone with strong Google Ads and Facebook Ads experience, who can also manage client enquiries, prepare professional proposals, and build long-term client relationships in a fast-paced technology environment.
THE ROLE
This is a part-time engagement (3 days per week, approximately 20 hours per week), following AU Work hours.
As a Sales & Digital Marketing Executive, you will act as the bridge between digital marketing strategy and sales execution. You will manage paid advertising campaigns to generate quality leads, then nurture those leads through quotations, proposals, and ongoing client relationship management.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Plan and execute Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to generate new business leads
• Generate professional quotations and proposals from incoming client email requests and enquiries
• Follow up on sales opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline records and work towards part-time sales targets
• Create sales and purchase orders for client license purchases, including Microsoft 365 and Adobe products
• Identify upselling opportunities within existing client accounts
• Handle both warm inbound leads and new leads generated through digital marketing activities
WHAT YOU BRING
• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with demonstrated results
• Proven experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns, including audience targeting and budget management
• Strong skills in preparing professional B2B quotations and proposals
• Experience in sales pipeline management and CRM systems
• Understanding of data privacy best practices in client communication
• Ability to work effectively in a small, collaborative team environment

This is a full work-from-home role. You will work from your own home office.
