Sales Development Representative (SDR) – B2B Outbound

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in the Philippines to support outbound business development efforts across Western and global time zones. The role will focus on engaging B2B prospects internationally and helping generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
About the Role
This role is focused on outbound B2B prospecting and lead generation. The SDR will engage prospective clients primarily through phone calls, but also via email outreach, LinkedIn communication, and other business development activities to book qualified opportunities for the sales team.
The ideal candidate is confident speaking with business stakeholders, highly organized, and comfortable working in an international environment. Strong communication skills, professionalism, consistency, and job stability are important for success in this position.
This role is well-suited to candidates with 2–3+ years of experience in SDR, telemarketing, inside sales, business development, or client-facing outbound sales roles.
